Eco-Friendly Halloween Tips

Skin yet?  THinc Skin (home of Balm Baby) is once again asking you to switch out 2 plastic items that you use for Halloween (Boo) for a more eco-friendly options. Tips for making your Halloween more eco-friendly: Instead of the disposable trick-or-treat bags opt for a reusable container (preferably one that isn't made of cheap plastic).  My parents always gave us a pillow case to decorate for Halloween.  Not only was it a little more eco-friendly it held a LOT more candy! Say no to cheap Halloween costumes.  Many of the Halloween costumes that you find are so poorly made that they rip or tear after the first time your kids put them on.  Be sure to check your local thrift stores for second hand costumes or get crafty and make your kids costumes.
